Sierra draws much of her inspiration from nature, culture, fashion, music, and architecture. It is with attention to detail and what she learns about you, that truly creates the style catered to you. She believes that hair is one of the strongest expressions of self and how you want and need to present yourself to your oyster as your world. Beauty is a conversation, and it can be interpreted in a million different ways. Working in the industry for 11 years, trained at Aveda Institute, with a focus on pure flower and plant science, she has learned that beauty can be found in the smallest details from nature to people, and wants to bring these details out in every single person that sits in her chair.
